Well, the campaign has been on quite a roll since we officially kicked off on April 12th. I wanted to update the residents of the 4th Middlesex on what I've been up to when I'm not at the State House attending a committee hearing or formal session. Just these last two weeks have been bustling with activity from meeting with local officials to discuss damage sustained at Marlborough Airport during President Obama's visit as well as participating in the Democratic state convention in Worcester.
I've attended graduations for Marlborough High and Hillside School and will be sending congratulations to Berlin and Southborough grads from Tahanto, Algonquin and Assabet. We've hosted field trips at the State House for two groups of students from Southborough's Neary School and 150 3rd graders from Marlborough. I've attended campaign events for Lieutenant Governor Tim Murray and several of my House colleagues from the area including Stow's Kate Hogan. I was pleased to attend a job shadow day with nearly 50 Marlborough High students at Abbott Pharmaceuticals in Worcester.
