Danielle Werner Gregoire was elected as State Representative for the 4th Middlesex District on November 4, 2008. Currently in her first term, Danielle is a member of the Joint Committees on the Judiciary, Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure and Children, Families and persons with disabilities.
Rep. Gregoire is lifelong Marlborough resident and community activist. Danielle’s dad hails from Worcester, MA and is a Veteran of the Navy Reserves, and former employee of Digital. Danielle’s mom is a Marlborough lifer and has worked in the Marlborough Public Schools for nearly 25 years.
Danielle graduated in the top of her class from Marlborough High School in 1997 (Marlborough public schools k-12). She graduated Cum Laude from St. Anselm College with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Danielle attended law school at night while working full time for former 4th Middlesex District State Rep. Stephen Leduc. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2006 and passed the Massachusetts Bar. She is a member of Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society for the Social Sciences.
Prior to her election, Danielle worked in the State House for nearly five years serving the people of Berlin, Marlborough and Southborough as Legislative Aide to former Rep. Leduc.
She is a member of the Marlborough Lions Club, Marlborough Democratic City Committee, the Marlborough Medical Reserve Corps, the Marlborough Holiday Helper Program, and the city’s recycling committee.
